30 candidates attended the Amteur Radio Examination Class conducted by BDARA on 21 & 28 December 2008 and 4 & 11 January 2009.

Mr. Johnny Tan, an experienced and established amateur radio operator was the regular principal lecturer.

Participants were given notes and past question papers to study through. Some licensed members were attending for their upgrade to HF.

Mr. Hans Ehlers, DF5UG from International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) Region 1, dropped by to see and photograph the class in progress.

Mr. Hans brought stickers on Amateur Radio mission to the Mars for distribution. A group photograph with BDARA Supreme Committee, class participants and family.
