BDARA’s Field Day in Belait District and trip to Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia.
On 17th May 2009 BDARA’s held a Field Day at Jubliee Park Kuala Belait in conjunction with The World Telecommunication and Information Society Day with Special Event Call Sign V84WTD.
Antennas were erected and members operated the VHF and HF radios.
Photographs on activities of BDARA were also put on display.
On 17th June 2009, BDARA’s members went on a trip to Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia
BDARA’s members were warmly greeted, a show of close solidatrity, by members of ORARI West Kalimantan District upon arrival in Pontianak and were seen busy exchanging QSL cards. The World Telecommunication and Information Society Day with Special Call Sign V84WTD.
